We are excited to announce that we will be participating in monthly smudges at Ardrossan Junior Senior! Smudging is a traditional Indigenous practice that involves the burning of sacred medicines, such as sage or sweetgrass, to create a cleansing smoke. It is used to purify the mind, body, and spirit, as well as to promote healing, grounding, and positive energy.
Everyone is welcome to attend! Smudges will be in the Birch Room - across from Student Services - on the first Monday of each month."
