Families are invoiced for school fees at the beginning of every school year. Fees are due within 30 days of the invoice date. The simplest, and most convenient, way to pay schools fees is by using ACORN. Simply log in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal and go to “Student Fees,” there you can view your fees and pay them online using Visa, MasterCard or INTERAC Online—when available from your financial institution. Note: this list does not include extracurricular (field trip) fees or activity fees (and will be updated in the fall once these fees have been determined and approved).  

If circumstances exist where you are unable to pay your students fees you can apply to have fees waived by submitting an Application for a Waiver of Fees.

The application deadlines are:

  • Waiver of transportation fees: Aug. 30, 2017
  • Waiver of school fees: Dec. 15, 2017 (for Aug. 30, 2017 registrants)

If it’s determined fees aren’t eligible to be waived, based on the submitted application, payment options may be made with the school’s administration or the director of Student Transportation.
